I was still 166.4 today. I was pretty hungry all day yesterday. I still didn’t go crazy though. So I ended up having about 1940 calories which is just about maintenance for me. Which is why my weight stayed exactly the same. This morning at 12:30 I had a mini bagel with some brown sugar cinnamon cream cheese. I was starving from skipping dinner and being hungry was preventing me from being able to sleep. The bagel and cream cheese had about 186 calories. I had a bowl of frosted Cheerios when I got up at 6:30. I plan on having a chicken noodle soup bread bowl from Panera for lunch since I really wanted one yesterday. For dinner I’ll have oatmeal. I had some Cinnamon Toast Crunch oatmeal yesterday. It was good. I have down 1236 calories.
