I switched things up. I had another bagel with just one tablespoon of cream cheese. Then I had 2 rice cakes. Instead of the bread bowl I got a margarita flatbread pizza. Which is huge and 10 calories less than the bread bowl. So I had half for lunch and I’ll save the other half for dinner. So I have down 1322 calories but again when I eat stuff at midnight am I counting that for that day or for the day before. Idk.
