I had that same problem when i was on weight watchers, how do you track after midnight eating. Now my first, biggest meal is around when i get up, early afternoon, and my second meal is smaller but still fairly substantial, early evening. If i snack, its fruit or a Natures Bakery bar or a Cup o'Soup, depending on how big my 2nd meal was. I have tomato, and cream of mushroom w teeny tiny tooth-cracking croutons.
