Trigger for COVID and SI

Possible trigger:

I've realized that I can't see L for a long time. Because even if H doesn't go to work this week and isolates, no one at his work will. So he'll be just a vulnerable to catching COVID if he goes in this week or next. So I may not catch if from him this week, but who knows about next?

And then I'm still dealing with the aftereffects of L's confidentiality breach. I'm dealing with a lot of attachment and separation anxiety. I'm barely making it session to session, and that's with constant daily contact and at least 2 phone calls a week. Now I can't be with her for who knows how long.

I feel like ending myself.

I did call the crisis line tonight. They helped a little. It was nice to cry to someone. They helped me see things from H's perspective too. If he doesn't go to work, he'll get fired, we'll have no money which mean no L. He's stuck and I'm stuck.

I'm going to go take an anxiety med tonight. I can't do this on my own
