I was 165.4 today. So far I’ve had a pumpkin cold brew coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts (I’m limiting myself to one coffee a week) 2 white cheddar rice cakes, and a bowl of frosted Cheerios without milk. So far I’m at 510 calories. I’m going to try to eat some udon noodles and more frosted Cheerios and rice cakes. I’m also going to have a bottle of Body Armor.
I’m hoping to be 163 by the end of the week. My long term goal is to be 158 by October. My doctor told me 150-155 is a good weight for me but I want to get down to 140. Hopefully that will happen in a year or less.
