Had a protein shake for breakfast. Lunch will be a slimfast shake w/ fruit, dinner will be a hot pocket w/ some peas. Drinking a lot of water and some plain unsweetened black coffee.
I haven’t been exercising the past few days since I haven’t felt good but I hope to get back on the treadmill later this week, plus doing exercises w/ resistance bands and weights, and some yoga.
Will check my weight again next Monday. Hoping to lose 1-2 lbs by then.
