They ended up calling me, AFTER my appointment when I already got back home from them telling me they couldn't do it, to tell me their system is down and sorry for the inconvenience.
They could have told me before I bothered going there. It's not like I have a car and can just drive places whenever I want. I have to rely on medical transportation which you have to schedule at least 2 full days in advance.
Thankfully my coughing is getting better today and the other symptoms have stopped. My care manager just told me to stay in and monitor my symptoms
I hope so too, I need some sleep!
