My anxiety is off and on. If I got involved in my book I would feel a lot better anxiety wise. I just don’t want to miss any important emails calls or texts from work.
My important texts and emails came when I was really involved in a book. Then my anxiety was cranked up to 11. Especially once I remembered I basically forgot to eat today. Then I realized how wobbly and weak I felt. I’m having a tough time regulating my distraction so it’s not an issue.
