I have/had an ED and I was recovered for awhile but it's becoming an issue again. I'm obsessing about weight loss and eating less than I should. My difficulty swallowing food the past year since my silent GERD has gotten worse has only made the ED resurface and made things more complicated. I use it as an excuse to not eat properly so I can get down to this certain weight I want get back to. I'm just obsessed with it. I check this weight loss calculator online several times a day to check how long it will take me to get back to the weight I want, and how many calories I need to cut out to get there. I wish I could just be satisfied with myself/my body, But I feel like I won't be until I'm a certain weight. I know that's stupid.
