Hi @annoyedgrunt84. I am sorry you feel like the present situation is not feeling good.
My own experience is that I need to sleep more when I have stress and work on personal projects on weekends. I also exercise daily and find a quiet place to sit for about 5 minutes a couple times a day. Connecting with my breath is very restful.
These help me more than moving somewhere else which I did many times. I find the same stuff wherever I go so why not find contentment here?
