we had over 20 alters when we began working this out

we have a co-conscious group now, of about seven alters, plus a couple we still have trouble communicating with & we sure as hell can't control what they do, lolol.

unlike Rhap, we were unaware of this for many many decades.
(well, perhaps we always knew, but we didn't understand what was happening, we were in denial)

there are many ways of getting to know the alters, but just the fact you know they exist is the most important thing
