This question reminded me of when I was an inpatient. There was always a group that compared their doctors, diagnoses, medications and other things such as disability pensions. It was basically a competition of who was the best or most legit psych patient.
I recently told my psychiatrist about this. She laughed and told me she was aware of it. With a huge smile, she stated they even talk about her.

I just want to be clear that that wasn't my intent with this thread. I was recently IP and the doc there seemed surprised at how infrequently I talk to my aprn and therapist and I just wanted to see what the norm/range was as I was surprised at her surprise.
