Yes, @black-roses. If the intense anger you're experiencing now, wasn't there while you were on a higher dose of seroquel, then in my layman's opinion it's because you're now taking a smaller dose of that medication combined with the fact that you're upset over your friend breaking your confidentiality to his family - and then saying he's there for you. You're right: that dynamic could be acting to trigger intense anger. I've had very similar experiences on seroquel.

Please watch that your powerful feelings of hurt/anger don't bring you into a deeper state of despair, though. If you seem to be having trouble coping with your emotions and getting a good balance of meds, then maybe you'll need to approach the doctor again, explaining to them your difficulty coping. Because going by my personal experience, dealing with too much intense anger can be very very draining and increase depression too. 🙏
