This is a global pandemic and I think it is basic respect to disclose if you are going to be in a confined space with someone. I would wonder, if they are not taking that seriously, what else are they not taking seriously in this pandemic, and what risk would their actions place me under. Even fully vaxxed there is a risk of illness.
