Hi @Sapien - I hope that your time IP was helpful. Yes I agree that you have a few more responsibilities. That must be challenging.
I find if I start a routine and abide by it that I am able to do things I did not think I could. The routine becomes a habit after a while. Even writing it down or for me put it on my phone alerts so I get notified when it is time to do something. It takes not taking my objections that seriously, like come on CANDC you can feed the cat, it only takes 5 minutes and then it is done.
What does hurt is not having anything planned during a day. I like to give myself one or more small projects and congratulate myself when I complete them.
To me this person, Padraig O'Morain, is like a kindiy grandfather. Listening to their video I feel that someone understands me.
