I ate today so my metabolism wouldn’t become slow. But I wasn’t hungry so I mainly just ate cereal. I haven’t stomached dinner yet. I’m going to eat salmon because it makes your mental health better. At least according to Noom. I gave up on that and I’m just using the tracking part now. The reading was too much to read and comprehend and remember every day.
