Hi @GypsyButterfly - glad to meet you on MSF My Support Forums. I agree separation and divorce are difficult. For me I had to reinvent who I thought I was. My sense of self really suffered.
I try to stay in the now more. I used to spend lots of time trying to figure things out in my thoughts and I got stuck there. Acceptance is also very important to me to counteract the guilt and second guessing what I should have done differently. In reality I could not have done things differently because I was a different person then.
