Transitioning from IP to home can indeed be difficult, and I'm sorry you're struggling with it.
I agree with CANDC that having a routine to follow can be very helpful. Personally, I book one big task or zoom meeting for every morning and every afternoon and put them in my calendar. I always force myself to do them and that makes me feel like I at least accomplished something that day. And as I get less depressed, I add more things to the schedule.
