I was 164.4 today. I was hoping to be at 163. But I only have 6 pounds to lose to get me to my goal of 158 by October. So I知 hoping things work out.
I had a piece of salmon at 11:30 last night. I had noodles from a can of soup for dinner. So I calculated the salmon for yesterday. Then I wanted a candy bar which I never do. So I had a Twix cookies and cream bar right after midnight. So I logged that for today. I had a trenta pumpkin cream cold brew and a bowl of Life cereal for breakfast. Lunch was a low sugar Gatorade and another bowl of Life cereal. I知 not sure on the rest of the day. I知 not super hungry but I知 more hungry then I was yesterday.
I知 craving carbs. Japanese udon type noodles to be exact. Not sure why. I didn稚 do any running. I just fooled around with my skateboard for 20 minutes and I was out in the heat running errands for an hour.
I told myself I could eat the rest of the noodles, about 680 calories since I did stuff today and I had 200 calories at midnight. So I知 way under. But I only had one small bowl before getting full. So I知 at 1270 calories which I feel is too little to lose.
But eating was not what I needed to feel better.
