I cut my wrist today. I think I need to go home, but I don't know how to do this. Should I contact the US Embassy and explain that I need to get home for psychiatric care? I know I should contact my parents and ask them to come home, but I'm not telling them I did this. It will only cause panic.

There's things here that I'd have to close like bank account, deregister with the university, close my apartment contract. It's just more than I can think about right now...so If I call an Embassy can they help me?
