I'm down to 2 coffees a day (this has nothing to do with my problems with losing weight, I don't drink sugary coffees with cream or anything in it, I drink it black, plain, I'm just trying to cut back so I have less anxiety and also so I can use caffeine more strategically)
I'm hoping to keep doing 2 a day for a week then go down to 1 a day for a week then 2-3 total per week after that.
