Well, I reached those two goals and I have rested. Time to move on.

Plans for tomorrow:

- Walk at least 20 minutes.
- Shower.
- Read about CBT.
- Fill dishwasher
- Use washing-machine.
. Give my feet a massage
- Remember to cook dinner at a reasonable time.
- Office.

May you all feel that what you are able to do is OK (either little or much)!
