I, too, believe that our therapists care. Why on earth would they go into that field if they didn't?! It must be draining and difficult and demanding. The many years of preparation alone would discourage anyone who didn't feel it was their path. I believe those who are there have been called upon to be healers and that it's in their nature to care.
