I had a wonderful walk in the sunshine this morning. I have read about CBT (repetition), filled the dishwasher and made dinner at a reasonable time. I did not have time to go to my office today (more to do another day) and I completely forgot about putting the washing machine to work.
Plans for tomorrow :
- Shower immediately after breakfast.
- Physical exercises and relaxation.
- Visit grocery store.
- Office.
