I was out today for example. in one of the most popular Cafe's in Edinburgh, but still wondered how much [ luck or not ] it takes to make good frienships, I have been unlucky these past 2/3 years as I have lost 2 of my closest friends, at a time when I needed friendship more than any other time.

Also ,as you may know, when I have told some of those left that are next closest [ including my sister -in law. for example ] how I feel suicidal , they do not know how to be, just the same as many "professionals" as well, who feel awkward /powerless etc.
