Thanks. In CA it would be unpaid leave but would guarantee my job wouldn't be replaced (which I am not worried about). IDK if I could get short term disability if I was still working though, just at reduced hours. That might be worth looking into. But we'll see what they say about the days and times. Maybe it will work out.
