Hello, so I went to the psychiatrist today will that was a dumpster fire anyway. I also had a pink book that had all my subjects in it I'm freaking out because it had all my stuff in it. I also went to see my sister at the hospital I asked her she said she's seen it but she doesn't know where it is. Now I'm upset because in the excitement and everything I lost an important book with all my information. I'm pissed off because I was looking forward to this appointment and this psychiatrist just proved to me that he's another careless quack of a psychiatrist. My dreams are dashed I'm pissed.
