I was 163.2 today. I was super happy that I got there but also slightly concerned since I wasn’t feeling good yesterday so I only had 1,130 calories for the whole day. So far today I’ve had a bowl of French toast crunch cereal, and a 32oz thin and slim pumpkin smoothie. I plan on having more cereal, some rice cakes, some Goldfish, and my last turkey burger. I forgot to get more while I was out this morning but I have one left. I had my phone with me while I was out and my Noom thing says I’ve burnt 117 calories.
I’d like to have some black tea but my smoothie had a good amount of caffeine and I had a zero sugar mango Pepsi and a mug of low caffeine white rose tea this morning. So I should probably hold off on drinking more tea.
My next weight goal is to get to 160.
