Thanks. Yes, sometimes I think Iīll try and contact her but when I feel worse Iīm not sure I could handle a negative answer from her that well. As Iīm not planning to continue my sessions with her, at least not in her role as counselor, I donīt have that many reasons for contacting her more than just "meeting up". So Iīm not sure what to do.

Thereīs no progress in finding a new therapist as Iīm waiting for a doctorīs appointment at the same facility as my counselor. My doctor will decide if I can stay at the facility, if theyīll offer me someone else to talk to when I donīt want to see my counselor anymore. I feel a lot of hopelessness in my situation and donīt have much energy to do anything.

From what I understand, people in the mental health industry are used to clients coming and going and don't usually get angry about it.
