I weighed myself this morning and I was 165.4. Then I weighed myself before I took a shower and I was 166. I weighed myself after I took a shower and I was 167. On my moms scale I was 167.8.
What the ****? I think it was the beef jerky and then all the water I drank after it. I said the beef jerky might come get me today. I ate low cal all day yesterday. Theres no reason my weight should be up almost 5 pounds for no reason. Except if it’s water weight from the sticks which had 580 mil of sodium each.
Today I plan and absolutely sticking to what I usually eat. Cereal, rice cakes, Goldfish crackers, a bottle of Body Armor, and a turkey burger. Since I know I will lose on that. I did have a can of iced coffee though this morning. I need to open a new box of cereal. I am opening my 8th box of cereal since the end of July.
I have down 1244 calories for the day.
