My brother got into the insulin in his disoriented state and we could not tell how much or little he had injected himself with. Just flat out dangerous. It made for a few harrowing hours but finally made mom realize that we’ve got to start moving towards a nursing home as soon as possible.
I hurt my arm rather badly trying to help my brother up from a fall. I can’t even lift my cell phone with it right now. I feel like a bird with a broken wing. Going to call the doctor this morning.
I hope everyone has a peaceful Wednesday.

Yes its time for you're brother to be placed in a facility so he can get the fulltime care he needs with every aspect of his life. I know many people think that once a loved one is placed in a nursing home that it is all down hill from there but that isn't always the case. I worked in nursing homes for years and we would get people admitted and they were a train wreck physically but with a person to help them whenever they need it, physical therapy and medications given at correct times and doses, ability to get them medical care whenever they might need it, many people got much better.
When family members are injuring themselves its time to get help that they need also.
I am so ready for Fall myself.. My Husband has been itching for chili for over a month lol.. Tonight we spent along time on the porch.. so peaceful , cool and quiet.
Are you going to be floating all week ???
