She's telling me either have surgery or fast and get this weight off. Honestly I'd rather fast but it's super hard to do. My med requires I eat. If i don't i barf. So may as well not take it if i fast. Fasting makes me tired I've done it before. Results don't last cause you have to eat eventually.

I have to lose 20 lbs to have surgery. Super hard. I've lost 4 lbs so far.
