Well done Lyn for stopping, thats great that you recognised the feeling before you went any further, not alot of people can do that.

We all have these urges, theyre not something that can just go away just like 'that'.... but you can work on it. By stopping, you learnt to control your urges, and thats a big step.... just try and keep it up
