Been sleeping ok thanks to Ambien CR. It's been a nice break. Although I woke up at 2:30 a.m. today and just said forget it and got up for the day. I know I'm going to have to quit taking it every day again soon. And then I won't get to sleep and my anxiety will be bad every night.
