Yep, I'm a teacher. I like the little kids. I like second graders and third graders and fourth graders. But if they are under 10 years old, I usually enjoy them.
I never grade bad. If someone misses a lot of answers I still write "good try" on the top of the paper.
My bear is about as big as a 2 year old child.
