I was diagnosed with low vitamin D a few months ago. But I haven’t taken my vitamins because I just forgot. Yesterday I was told a lot of the things I am feeling can all be traced back to the low vitamin D. But I thought that didn’t cause any symptoms. I just thought my anxiety and depression and exhaustion were just crappy for no reason. But now I’m wondering if taking the vitamin will actually make a difference in how I feel.
I also have bad cholesterol and I was told to avoid basically every food that isn’t rabbit food. Which I don’t think I can do.
