Clyde, PLEASE make sure she contacts the MS Society about the readers... they have resources. I've personally checked into them on my own, and what is out there is great! I only bought the speech to text program because I was able to have surgery on one eye for reading, and it's my hands that don't function often for me. There are combo programs.
