It seems like too much tea in general causes issues for me. I’ve been trying to switch from soda and it’s been strange. I’ve been drinking herbal tea lately. Mainly one called Tension Tamer. And after the 2nd mug I feel off. I do ok with black tea despite the high amounts of caffeine.
It’s just weird.
But I’ve been avoiding supplemental tea and I haven’t had that intense of anxiety
