Moose, you're lucky they didn't make you drink a charcoal drink. Sometimes they do that even if the "overdose" isn't THAT dangerous. The reason is that they want to send a message that taking too many medications, beyond what's prescribed, shouldn't be done. Even if it isn't dangerous, it's clearly unwell behavior. I hope that you will discuss with the doctors what might have caused you to take all of those medications. Also know that combining medications CAN be dangerous. Many a person has died from combining things that shouldn't be combined...and/or in such quantities. Sometimes what might have been tolerated at one point, suddenly can't be tolerated.

Psych Medications:
* Tegretol XR (carbamazepine ER) 800 mg
* Lamictal (lamotrigine) 150 mg
* Seroquel XR (quetiapine ER) 500 mg

I also take meds for blood pressure, cholesterol, and tachycardia.
