I took the full dose of ambien last night and woke way before my alarm! That sucks. Woke up at around 2:30 too. Something about stoves bubbling over. I always wake up so hot even though I don’t use blankets and have a fan going. They say your supposed to cool down as you sleep, not me. I furnish enough heat to keep a small house warm for a Minnesota winter ❄️
