I fell asleep quickly without any medications. I woke up at 11 feeling dehydrated. So I drank a bottle of body armor. Then I realized I wouldn’t be able to get back to sleep without a melatonin. So I took just one and I woke up at my frustrating usual time. Although I was still groggy so I was able to just lie in bed until 5:50 feeling moody but not antsy.
