Those are all anti-depressants. Psychosis is usually treated with an anti-psychotic. I'm glad you are realizing the things that trigger your psychosis. I do believe that give time you could overcome this on your own.

There is medication out there that can help your psychosis. It's difficult to receive talk based therapy when your perception of reality is different from the person trying to provide therapy.

I think it's great that you are exploring the nutritional aspect of health psychology. I have a friend who would vehemently believe the root cause of your depression and psychosis is hypoglycemia. You might want to try to find a nutritional psychologist that can offer you some targeted tips and arrange for evaluation to rule out something like hypoglycemia.
