I've been trying to avoid added sugar and red meat, but I had half a powdered doughnut this morning and I'm obsessing over how stupid that seemed but like it's just half a doughnut 5 hours ago why am I still freaking out about it? Not being able to run or even walk normally (foot/leg injury) is driving me nuts too.
