Goodness, I've ticked up to 205...and that makes sense bc my clothes feel tight.

I'm committed this week to following my weight loss rules.

1. Smaller breakfast
2. No wine on week nights
3. Workout 5 times
4. Get my 10k steps a day.

I have been eating a way too large breakfast lately and throwing off my calorie intake. And with the pandemic I was having a glass of wine almost every night. Gotta stop that.

I'm going to get this weight back off. I was 183 before the pandemic and dropping.
