I am in the beginnings of my crash after a 5 day manic episode, this one feels bad. I have been up all night, watched nothing but sad movies. I am nervous that this one will have some staying power. I was just feeling so good too. FML

Best of all I am off of the opiate replacements finally, no more methadone
