This has not been a good day. I will try to go on tomorrow while finding a balance between rest and activity!
Plans for tomorrow:
- Some rest after breakfast.
- Physical exercises and relaxation exercises.
- Food.
- Write a grocery list.
- Visit the grocery store.
- Rest and food.
- Wash the floor in the living room.
- Make a to do list for the rest of the day.
