I fell asleep at 8:30. I’m not sure why I woke up this early. I’m guessing it could just be anxiety and nerves. I took melatonin and ate dinner. This is really early for me to get up
Edit: I got back to sleep about half an hour after writing this and I fell asleep for a couple more hours and I feel ok now. I actually fell asleep after drinking a Mountain Dew.
