Since I am already in, I can use a moment to tell how my day has been: Everything went well until after the physical exercises. I forgot to do the relaxation exercises and sat down and read about symptoms like my own (repeat what to do with them). After that I lost track ... Nice, reading about how to go on and then stop going on.

It's OK, but my floor in the living room still needs a wash. I will soon visit the grocery shop and then take the rest of the day off.
Plans for tomorrow:
- A little rest after breakfast (my blood glucose needs it).
- Physical exercises.
- Wash the floor in the living room.
- Decide what to do next.
