Yesterday morning I had to take my vet to an appointment - just a check up so they can continue prescribing her medication. It was a new vet at a new clinic, everyone was so nice and things went as well as they could.

The air quality was much improved, so I thought, right I'm going to get all sorts of cleaning done today, but after a couple of hours of housework I just crashed from exhaustion. I lost a few hours sleep the night before worrying about my cat and the appointment and I think the stress and lack of sleep was just too much.

It I was just an appointment, (that went very well) but something which is a small thing for others, is a huge thing for me. It really took it out of me, and I had to lay down in the middle of the day, and again after supper just so a could get the essential things done. I did sleep well though last night (thank goodness for medication) so there's that.

Hoping I'll get more accomplished today.
