For those who have tried Adderall and Ritalin.

Which worked best for you? I know everyone's body is different. But I've been thinking of asking my psychiatrist to put me on Adderall instead of Ritalin.

I've been on Ritalin for a long while and was curious to try something different.

My psychiatrist gives me Ritalin to help with my energy levels. Due to my depression making me have low energy all the time.
